Purchasing Transformation Manager

As a Purchasing Transformation Manager you will be part of the Nordic team Purchasing Development & Digitalization and work cross-functionally with stakeholders throughout the organization.
- You will lead process development based on business needs.
- Support our business areas with implementation activities in our transformation and development initiatives.
- Lead prioritized development projects and activities.
We are looking for a person who is analytical and structured with a strong business acumen ensuring effective collaboration with stakeholders.
You are confident, mature and have excellent people skills. You embrace self-leadership and have an exceptional drive and ‘get it done’ mentality and don’t hesitate to try different approaches to find your way forward. Furthermore, you quickly “connect the dots” and connect independent issues to the bigger picture. Communicating complexity in a crisp and clear way comes naturally to you.
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Business administration , Construction or Engineering or equivalent
- 5 years of experience working as an operations developer, process developer, project manager or similar
- Experience in running, leading and executing business development assignments or projects related to digitalization
- Experience in leading cross-functional capability- or process teams
- Excellent presentation skills fluently in any of the Nordic languages and English.
Experience working with processes within Purchasing and/or Construction industry is a merit, but not a requirement. In the end, for us, the right mindset and drive are the two most important qualities in the person we are looking for.

You will be based at NCC’s office in Olso and frequent traveling within the Nordic countries is required. However, we do apply a flexible way of working and strive to collaborate digitally as much as possible. In accordance with NCCs safety culture we conduct background checks on final candidates.
